Remote Project Accountant

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to join their Finance team remotely from anywhere within North America. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with contract documents, change orders, and project accounting and billing Prepare and review project setup modification forms and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards Train Project Accounting Assistants on billing terms and functions, and prepare final invoice packages for approval Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years in project cost accounting Experience in the Architecture/Engineering consulting industry is highly desired Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects with changing scopes and timelines Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus Understanding of Prevailing Wage regulations is advantageous
