A company is looking for a Reporting Manager to oversee reporting analysts and manage data for military support programs. Key Responsibilities Leads and manages a team of reporting analysts to prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports Supports record search requests and transition reporting during the Transition-In period Collaborates with cross-functional teams to generate various reports and leads technical status meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with 4+ years of supervisory experience Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data Proven proficiency in Microsoft tools and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks
