Revenue Cycle Management Executive

A company is looking for a VP of Revenue Cycle. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the Revenue Cycle including coding, billing, collections, and payment posting Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue cycle department and support strategy development Implement financial strategies to enhance revenue collection performance and report KPI metrics to senior management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle management within a healthcare system Proven knowledge of revenue cycle best practices and healthcare reimbursement methodologies Expert knowledge of AMA coding guidelines and payer regulations Familiarity with revenue cycle software and systems, such as Epic and gGastro, is a plus
