A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Clinical Reviewer Specialist-1. Key Responsibilities Review and code patient medical records according to client-specific guidelines Follow ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines and Risk Adjustment Data Abstraction Rules for accurate code assignment Maintain a quality score of 95% or higher while meeting ongoing productivity levels Required Qualifications and Education Must be certified through AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CRC, COC, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P) At least 2 years of HCC coding experience with Prospective and Concurrent reviews Experience with EMRs, billing systems, and abstraction platforms Proficient in Microsoft programs like Excel and Outlook Must have a reliable internet connection and current coding materials
