A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III (Safe Act). Key Responsibilities Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in loan applications to ensure a positive experience Obtain necessary documentation and information for processing loan applications Monitor and analyze credit reports and documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements Ability to function independently within time constraints
