Sales Support Consultant
A company is looking for a Sales Support Service Consultant I to contribute to the Sales Support & Account Management Department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute new and changing case implementations
Maintain reporting and records for all assigned accounts to ensure transparency and accurate recordkeeping
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage accounts, including implementation and ongoing service
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in Account Management, including small scale project management
4-year Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
Ability to analyze information and escalate issues as necessary
