Salesforce Operations Product Manager
A company is looking for a Salesforce & Sales Operations Product Manager to oversee and streamline the management of requests related to Salesforce and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and triage incoming Salesforce and sales operations requests from various teams
Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce and sales operations projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to optimize processes and system integrity
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, or product/project management
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related integrations; certifications are a plus
Experience with Agile, Kanban, or other project management methodologies; familiarity with Jira is a plus
Ability to assess requests based on impact, urgency, and feasibility
Experience in improving workflows and streamlining request intake and prioritization
