A company is looking for a Security Monitoring Service Lead to join their Cybersecurity Operations team. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance capabilities in Security Information Event Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Threat Detection & Response Define and socialize a Security Monitoring strategy, Service Catalog, and related policies and procedures Create and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and maturity of security services Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Information Security, including 3+ years in a Security Operations Center (SOC) Proven ability to manage and execute projects effectively Strong understanding of cyber-attacks and risk assessment Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience Familiarity with technologies including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR
