A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Care Delivery Forecasting & Strategy. Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver demand and headcount forecasts for marketing channels and service lines Support product and engineering teams in developing data pipelines and reporting Collaborate with Care & Clinical leaders to understand service line nuances and member needs Required Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Operations, or related field OR 5+ years of analytics experience Experience in financial, analytics, growth marketing, and operational teams in fast-paced environments Understanding of financial models, marketing attribution, P&Ls, and KPIs Ability to analyze and interpret data in dynamic environments Collaborative mindset with experience working with diverse stakeholders
