A company is looking for a Senior Biostatistician Manager who will oversee statistical activities and deliverables across a broad research area. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Biostatistician Managers and ensure timely completion of statistical deliverables Serve as a client point of contact and foster collaborative relationships for large projects Develop strategic vision for the department and oversee budgeting and staffing for statistical activities Required Qualifications MS or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field At least 7 years of experience with a PhD or 10 years with an MS, including leadership in clinical research Expertise in data manipulation and statistical analyses Proven leadership skills in managing clinical research teams Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
