Senior Consultant, Learning Development
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Learning & Talent Development (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of Learning & Talent Development programs, leveraging data for trend evaluation and process improvements
Align Learning & Talent Development efforts with business strategy, implementing change management strategies to maximize benefits
Mentor and train team members, providing guidance on complex matters and assisting in performance communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
Preferred experience in the Financial Services industry
Experience with instructional design project management within a large financial institution
Strong understanding of industry principles, practices, and development models
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels
