A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Director, Energy Transmission Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Success framework to enhance customer retention and loyalty
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Customer Success team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging feedback to inform product development and strengthen executive-level relationships
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in or supporting Transmission markets (ISOs, RTOs, Transmission Providers, or Transmission Companies)
Strong track record of improving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Expertise in developing and scaling systems and processes for efficiency
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive results
