Senior Executive Advisor
A company is looking for an ICEO Senior Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and address unique client needs while delivering a white-glove experience
Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize resources as the client's advocate
Leverage connections and deliver insights on business and employment trends
Required Qualifications
Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level, or equivalent consultative experience
Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and development with personal integrity
Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
Experience with involuntary terminations is preferred
Collaborative mindset to support ICEO service delivery and share best practices
