A company is looking for a Microsoft Engineer - Senior to engage in various technical responsibilities related to Microsoft solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions, including capacity planning and hardware requirements Installation, integration, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft solutions, along with troubleshooting and maintenance Required Qualifications: Experience in Microsoft architecture and design Knowledge of AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup Familiarity with coding best practices and SDLC Experience with technology assessments and health checks Any experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus
