Senior Organizational Change Consultant
A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements
Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored communication plans and training programs
Track and analyze OCM metrics to measure the success of client initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, communications)
4-7 years of experience in OCM or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with project management methodologies
Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
