Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs to ensure compliance with payment policies for Scientific Leaders Provide support and communication regarding sponsor's payment policies to customers Manage escalations and deliver onboarding training to new Payment Coordinators or Specialists Required Qualifications At least 2 years of payment experience Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining quality Experience in mentoring and training new hires Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations such as the Physician Payment Sunshine Act
