Senior People Advisor
A company is looking for a Sr. People Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HRBP Director and COEs to enhance talent strategy and build relationships with stakeholders
Design and implement talent programs, analyze organizational needs, and coach leaders to foster a high-performing culture
Address employee concerns and conflicts while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in a People Advisor or HR Business Partner role
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations in the US and Canada
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office and related HR software
Ability to handle complex situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality
