Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the People Team to develop KPIs and Organizational Health Indicators
Design and build data models within Workday Prism, ensuring data accuracy
Interpret data and present findings to leaders, while training the People Team on Workday Prism Reporting
Required Qualifications
8+ years of people analytics experience, with 2-3+ years in Workday Prism Analytics
Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structure and functionality
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis techniques
Experience with data visualization tools and best practices
Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical use of personal data
