Senior Product Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Support Analyst to work with global clients to resolve issues related to financial software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including client escalations and virtual meetings
Develop expertise in the application's functional areas and assist in creating/updating Knowledge Base content
Participate in testing and verification of fixes/new deliverables and provide support for new product features
Required Qualifications
Experience with Windows OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
Experience working with financial software
Experience resolving issues for global clients
SQL query writing experience is preferred
Experience in a business setting such as healthcare or public sector is preferred
