6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in recruiting operations
2+ years of management or team leadership experience
Proven experience with recruiting workflows, systems, and tools in a high-growth environment
Expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology stacks
Strong data analysis skills for tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics
