A company is looking for a Senior Workday PATTS Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and maintain accurate forecasts Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking consulting Active Workday Partner certifications in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking are required Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment Proactive approach with a detailed understanding of Workday PATTS processes and best practices
