Service Desk Technical Analyst
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technical Analyst I to provide technical support in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and customer-facing technical support for various IT needs
Document interactions, incidents, and troubleshooting efforts accurately
Participate in team on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support availability
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required
Understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and IT applications is preferred
Experience in technical troubleshooting and support is essential
Knowledge of security and confidentiality standards regarding patient information is necessary
