A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish. Key Responsibilities Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding insurance products and services Support customers in understanding their insurance policies and provide additional product offerings Handle claims for customers involved in accidents with empathy and professionalism Required Qualifications A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read) Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not already licensed Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems Customer service experience is preferred
