Strategy Associate

Key Responsibilities Draft recommendations and implementation plans for CHAI's five-year strategy and present to senior leadership Scope potential new program areas through research and funding landscape evaluation Develop communication materials and support stakeholder relationships to secure funding for programs Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and presenting findings to senior stakeholders High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Superb communication skills in English, both written and verbal Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage
