Subcontracts Program Manager
A company is looking for a Subcontracts Program Manager to support subcontracting activities for a major IT services program for the Navy. Key Responsibilities Manage designated subcontracting activities and ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations Act as liaison for subcontractors, assisting with financial, technical, and contractual aspects Conduct program reviews and status meetings, addressing performance milestones and compliance issues Required Qualifications Active DoD Secret clearance or above required BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's with 6-10 years; equivalent experience may be considered Strong background in subcontract management including negotiation and performance management Experience in managing complex issues throughout the subcontract lifecycle Ability to collaborate with technical staff and customers to improve performance and cost-effectiveness
