Supply Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Supply Management Specialist III. Key Responsibilities Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process for timely design changes and product improvements Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers to enhance performance Drive supply chain deliverables and lead continuity of supply through continuous improvement and risk mitigation Required Qualifications Working knowledge of Supply Management processes, including sourcing and negotiations Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or ability to learn new processes quickly Experience in areas such as strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost reduction Supply Chain experience and familiarity with SAP Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
