Support Technician I
A company is looking for a Support Technician Tier I to join their team in providing desktop support for a federal client's helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first contact support for customer inquiries and incidents via various communication channels
Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to software and hardware
Log, track, and manage customer tickets while ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
2+ years of technical training or relevant certifications (e.g., A+, ITIL foundation)
Experience with Microsoft Office, VPN products, and Windows operating systems
Must meet government eligibility requirements
Ability to work independently and remotely if required
