Key Responsibilities
Answer and process incoming customer calls to optimize their experience
Document customer interactions and provide timely resolutions to issues
Educate customers on product usage and assist with troubleshooting complex cases
Required Qualifications
High School education, vocational training, or on-the-job training
Three or more years of related experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
