Key Responsibilities Administer follow-up testing and monitor participants in necessary services Provide consultation on DOT rules and regulations to employers and employees Maintain up-to-date records for all cases and develop positive relationships with clients Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in business administration or a Human Service-related field preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously Strong typing skills preferred Ability to work well with others and accept feedback positively
