A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Content Operations Workflow Manager. Key Responsibilities Implement and execute enforcement strategies using policy knowledge and product expertise Improve workflows and operational work streams through core process knowledge Lead projects to resolve abuse- and harm-fighting issues and enhance user experiences Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 4 years of experience in operations, anti-abuse, or policy Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content is preferred Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
