A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Service Delivery Consultant (Work from Home). Key Responsibilities Manage inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing for Spanish- and English-speaking customers Document all incoming queries and provide exceptional customer service Engage with healthcare personnel to resolve member inquiries and uphold compliance standards Required Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience High School Diploma or GED required Previous call center experience and/or experience in the health insurance industry preferred Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with a 5% or lower error rate
