A company is looking for an Echocardiographic Ultrasound Technologist in Cardiology. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations and assist in additional imaging or biopsy procedures Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness Engage in training and orientation of new staff and students while participating in quality assurance activities Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Ultrasound Technology or graduate of an accredited Sonography program BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire Registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) upon hire Clinical training at UTSW may be considered as experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in ultrasound
