Trainee Apprentice Product Support
A company is looking for a Trainee Apprentice - Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in monitoring support queues (phone, email, chat, and ticketing system)
Support in documenting customer issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing tool
Help with basic troubleshooting of applications and technologies under guidance
Required Qualifications
Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting and remote desktop tools
Basic knowledge of technical support concepts is encouraged
