A company is looking for a Revenue Specialist II or III - Trainer ROPS Registration. Key Responsibilities Facilitate training sessions in various formats and evaluate their effectiveness Conduct audits of teammates' work to ensure adherence to processes and provide coaching Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with departmental goals Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of internal Registration processes and related policies Passion for training and supporting teammate development High level of learning agility and curiosity for continuous improvement Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience with an emphasis on Registration/Insurance Verification (preferred)
