Training Manager
A company is looking for a Training Manager, Operations Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal business partners to design learner-centric training based on processes and products
Create and facilitate onboarding and professional skill development programs for various departments
Measure training effectiveness against key performance indicators and collaborate with documentation teams for comprehensive training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field
Knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, and the healthcare landscape, preferably with SaaS experience
A minimum of three years of professional experience in training or adult learning
A minimum of one year in learning and development, instructional design, or technical writing
Certification in a process management philosophy (e.g., Six Sigma) is desired but not required
