Training Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Training Support Specialist located in the Pacific or Mountain Timezone.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, designing, scheduling, and delivering training to enhance the team's technical skills
Identify skills gaps and deliver targeted training programs to address them
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, guides, and other training materials
Required Qualifications
Proven technical support/customer support skills
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for virtual audiences
Passion for continuous learning and ability to quickly grasp new technical information
Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
