Key Responsibilities Handle on-demand calls, ensuring clear communication between non-English and English speakers Conduct intake and pre-session scripting, maintaining professionalism throughout the call Render accurate meanings and concepts while following client instructions and managing conversation flow Required Qualifications Full fluency in English and Ukrainian Minimum of 2 years of professional interpreting experience Strong understanding of cultural nuances and medical terminology Ability to remain neutral and objective during calls Completion of a training program in the interpreting/language industry is preferred
