Workforce Manager Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager Client-side Implementation Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Meet with client stakeholders to understand processes and optimize the use of WFM Advanced Scheduler Assist clients in building out the base scheduler of WFM and designing the functionality of the Advanced Scheduler Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization's WFM setup Required Qualifications: Experience with Workforce Manager Proficiency in Advanced Scheduler Ability to assist with testing and validation processes Experience in providing training to various user groups Availability for a project-based consulting opportunity of 150-160 hours
