Key Responsibilities
Responsible for outbound prospecting, generating new leads, and developing strategies to expand the company's presence in customer experience solutions
Build and nurture relationships with key executives, driving new business through tailored CX sales approaches
Develop and track a robust pipeline of qualified leads, managing accounts through sales stages and converting prospects into customers
Required Qualifications
6+ years of outbound sales experience with a focus on closing new business and achieving sales targets
Proven success in closing quotas of $750K or more
Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot
Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to refine sales strategies
Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
