API Technical Support Analyst
A company is looking for an API Technical Support Analyst to assist customers with implementing APIs and create technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create sample applications and publish code samples for customers
Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for internal and public use
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to enhance API functionality and support customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a certificate from a technical training institute preferred
2+ years of software programming experience, particularly with REST APIs
Experience with cloud-based integrations (Azure, AWS) and API Gateways
Proficiency in C# and familiarity with source control (Git, GitHub)
Experience with the Agile framework and understanding of key API concepts
