Arizona Licensed Pharmacy Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director Pharmacy Utilization Management. Key Responsibilities Oversee routine operations of Pharmacy Population Health Services and provide leadership to pharmacy staff Manage population health management activities, including clinical quality programs and member engagement Ensure compliance with departmental policies, regulatory standards, and lead quality improvement efforts Required Qualifications Doctorate in Pharmacy or an advanced degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy Current pharmacy licensure in the state of practice within 90 days of hire Completion of a PGY1 accredited pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience Three years of experience in ambulatory care, managed care, or population health management Demonstrated leadership ability and effective communication skills
