Associate Benefits Professional
A company is looking for an Associate Benefits Professional to support the administration and management of associate benefit plans and clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of employer offered benefit plans and respond to associate inquiries
Manage benefit-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Serve as a point of contact for vended benefit partners and monitor vendor performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of employer offered benefits terminology and processes
Proven experience in project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with external partnerships and benefit eco-system design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
