Key Responsibilities Develop business processes for successful submission and reconciliation of encounter submissions to Medicaid/Medicare Ensure compliance standards are met through data analysis and enhance encounter acceptance rates Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems while improving submission processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience 6 or more years of technical/claims/encounter experience 3 or more years of management experience Prior demonstrated experience with process improvements Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
