A company is looking for a Pre-Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage non-clinical Pre-Service Coordination staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize daily operations of the Pre-Service Queue using data analysis Ensure compliance with SLA turnaround times by efficiently processing orders and requests Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to coordinators on issue resolution Required Qualifications: Over 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including DME, Home Health, or Infusion Proven supervisory experience in healthcare settings Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a remote workforce Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial/private insurance benefits Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
