Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of departmental systems, processes, and operational strategies to enhance efficiency Monitor and track budgets and performance, providing recommendations for improvement and efficiencies Collaborate with stakeholders and the EVG leadership team to establish objectives, targets, and resolve complex issues Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field Proven track record in operational excellence, resource modeling, and financial management Strong understanding of clinical and observational study structures and costs Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in a science-related field Experience in collaborating within and across departments in a matrixed environment
