Associate Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate high-value partners to expand the customer base in group travel
Develop lead generation strategies and monitor partner performance to drive revenue growth
Onboard and manage partners, providing necessary training and support for success
Required Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in partnership, sales, or channel management roles
Familiarity with the group travel ecosystem and existing relationships in the industry is a plus
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
Experience in building and maintaining long-term, trust-based partnerships
