Billing and Order Entry Specialist
A company is looking for a Specialist in Billing/Order Entry. Key Responsibilities Accept and process incoming purchase orders while linking appropriate documents and configurations Execute tasks with high quality output to achieve KPI targets and handle customer requests related to order coordination Act as a liaison with operations and sales to meet customer expectations and maintain knowledge of company products and services Required Qualifications 0 - 2+ years of customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if needed Occasional travel for training (2 times a year)
