California Licensed Complex Care RN

A company is looking for a Complex Care RN. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver direct nursing care to PACE participants in various settings Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to contribute to assessments and care plans Educate participants and caregivers on personalized care plans and manage care transitions Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license in California Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred Minimum 2 years of experience with medically complex or older adult populations preferred Demonstrated experience in wound care, IVs, phlebotomy, and colostomy/ileostomy care Ability to adapt quickly to multiple clinical settings
