Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8 years of experience in program management or related areas, or equivalent experience
3+ years of direct customer experience in a customer-facing role
Proven track record in managing complex customer relationships and transforming customer journeys
Experience in strategic planning and operational efficiency
Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience is preferred
