Customer Value Consultant
A company is looking for a Customer Value Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively drive value confirmation for Ultimate Success customers
Deliver compelling messages about the value of offerings to enterprise customers
Conduct consultative engagements including discovery, benchmarking, value expansion recommendations, and ROI modeling
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in analysis of software/marketing campaigns or media buying performance
Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills
Previous experience in a Digital Analyst, Customer Success, or Value Engineering role
Background in SaaS, media buying, or professional services is highly desirable
Must be local to NY offices and able to travel for trainings and in-person sessions
